Gepard EA
Gepard EA is one of the most popular Expert Advisors among Forex traders. It combines both trend and flat trading strategies, and is suitable for operating with multiple currency pairs. The EA is used by scalpers for its ability to trade on price pullbacks using arbitration in exchange rates.
The first step to using the Gepard EA is to install MetaTrader 4. Then you need to unpack the archive file with the EA, and place it into the correct directory of your MT4 folder. Launch the MT4 program and make sure the Expert Advisor panel is active. Then choose the Gepard EA from the list of EAs in the Navigator window on the left-hand side menu.
Select a currency pair in the Market Watch window, click the Chart window and attach the EA to the chart. Don’t forget to enable live trading, by activating the corresponding check-box. If you see the smile sign at the right top corner of your Chart window, your Gepard EA has been connected and is functioning properly.
To mitigate the risks of high losses, you are recommended to trade in lower volumes. In the Inputs section, you may adjust your lot size in line with the available balance:
- US$10 — 0.01
- US$10-US$20 — 0.03
- US$20-US$40 — 0.05-0.07
- US$40-US$80 — 0.1-0.3
- US$100-US$1000 — 0.4-4
